Goods can be exchangeable if Cater Warehouse Ltd. deems the goods to be in a returnable condition.
The exchangeable period for return of goods should be within 7 days. This is to take measures that the machine has not been tampered with or used and is in a favorable condition for the next customer. Should the item returned not be available in the current stock, the customer may request for a refund or will be required to wait for a period of 4-6 weeks to allow Cater Warehouse to secure a replacement.
No cancellations will be entertained for imported customized orders. A customized order cannot be cancelled once placed and is in process.
Cater Warehouse Ltd. does not deliver any goods from the warehouse to the customer’s premises. A customer will be required to make their own third-party transport arrangements. However, Cater Warehouse Ltd. shall always assist a customer to load their product on a truck should assistance be required.
Product prices are exclusive of installation fees, unless specified.
Goods will remain the property of Cater Warehouse Ltd. until paid in full.
Where the customer fails to pay the installments for credit sales within the contract period, such missed installments will attract an interest rate equivalent to the inflation rate per annum applicable only to the missed installments.
Cater Warehouse Ltd. has an internal complaints procedure for resolving any disputes or conflicts between the customer and the company should any concerns arise.
Cater Warehouse Ltd. has a warranty on products that runs for a maximum of 6 months.
Cater Warehouse Ltd. has a warranty policy inclusive of manufacturing defects but excludes any damages caused by sudden accidents, mismanagement of the machine, damage due to incorrect installation procedures, wear and tear of machinery, power surges or any third-party damages or any negligence from the customer’s side.
Cater Warehouse Ltd. has a warranty policy that does not include repairs on the following parts:
a. Motor Replacement and motor windings
b. Tripped Switches that have tripped due to any emergency that may have taken place or been accidentally tripped by the customer.
c. Fused light indicators, bulbs, belts etc.
Cater Warehouse Ltd. is to be informed within 1 working week (7 days) of any fault that occurs to have any claim to the warranty.
The warranty will be invalid should the machine be tampered by any other technician not authorized by Cater Warehouse Ltd.
Machines are to be brought to the shop for any repairs and collected by customers after repairs should the machine be under warranty. Cater Warehouse is not responsible for transportation of the machine.
