No. We do not take responsibility for customers pickups or deliveries. Should a customer be out of Zambia, our team is willing to assist with coordination with the delivery company of the customer's choice, but does not take take responsibility for the delivery or any missing parcels.

No, we do not buy or sell second-hand equipment. 

Spares are supplied for products that are bought from us and if under warranty. If the warranty of the product expires, the spares can be bought from us upon availability.

Yes

Most of the commonly used products are readily available in our warehouse. Should a product you require not be in stock, in can be ordered. Orders take a minimum of one months delivery time.

It is the customer's responsibility to test that the machinery or equipment is in good working condition with the operations manager. This can be tested on the shop floor prior to the customer purchasing the product. Damages from the suppliers side cannot be claimed after purchased.

50% of the deposit is to be paid upfront and the balance within 3 months. No interest charged.
